The company achieves a monthly sales turnover of over 25 million Sri Lankan rupees, making it a prominent player in the industry. Legal and Financial Compliance

Jayananda Associates (Pvt) Ltd operates in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The company's financial operations are handled by a qualified and experienced accounting staff. JAPL maintains bank facilities to partly finance its business activities, with the remaining capital being sourced from personal investments made by the directors. The company ensures transparency and accountability by engaging in periodic accounting reporting to the Department of Inland Revenue for tax purpose.

Infrastructure

Situated at 16 Fraizer Avenue, Moratuwa, JAPL owns a four-story building on a land of 24 perches. This infrastructure serves as the company's headquarters and comprises spacious storage facilities to accommodate a wide range of Motorcycle Spare Parts imported mainly from China and India and Taiwan. Additionally, the building houses Jayananda Motors, a well-known Motor Cycle Spare Part Retail Shop that offers a diverse selection of parts from reputable brands. Within a 15-kilometer radius, Jayananda Motors is considered the best Motorcycle Spare Part Shop in the area, Also the company hopes to start importing and distributing three-wheeler spare parts in the year 2024.

In addition to its core business, the JAPL building also features Blue Chilie (Pvt) Ltd, a high-quality Chinese and Indian restaurant. Mr. Jayananda serves as the Managing Director of Blue Chilie (Pvt) Ltd, showcasing the company's versatility in establishing successful ventures across different industries. JAPL and its associate companies are fully automated with state-of-the-art Information Technology facilities, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced customer experiences.

The directors of JAPL possess other lands, which are utilized as collaterals for banking facilities. These properties include a land of 17 perches located at 182, Galle Road, Dehiwala, housing Bara Stereos (Pvt) Ltd, owned by Mr. Sandun Gamage, who also serves as a director of JAPL. Furthermore, Maradana Showroom is located at 77/1A, Panchikawatta Road, Colombo 10 on 16 perches land, and our new showroom and stores are located at177, New Galle Road, Moratuwa to be opened by September 2023.
